Warranty

Your Gametrix product ordered on Gametrix online store is covered by Two-year (2) limited consumer warranty, from the date you received the shipment.

The warranty is limited and is not applicable to defects or damage caused by:

  • misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid, insects), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification
  • improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing
  • improper storage or use in aggressive environments (dust, humidity, high or low temperature in accordance with the instructions)
  • use with unsuitable devices or software or services
  • connection to the electrical supply incorrect parameters (voltage, frequency)

  • Once the warranty claim is approved, your cost of return shipping to us will be refunded to your payment (after sending us a receipt or proof of payment for postage).
